Summary:
Grover Gaming Printing is seeking an experienced leader in manufacturing to fill the Production Manager role.
The production manager is responsible for seeing through the vision of GGP.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and an understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:
Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
Building and leading the production team, multiple shifts Developing, implementing SOPs Safety Ensuring quality standards are upheld Build training programs for team members Vendor selection Production Supplies Manage production scheduling Problem solving, including identifying equipment and technology upgrades that will improve production Building and presenting reports Other responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management, or equivalent experience 3 years management experience Must be self-motivated Understanding of regulatory requirements for operating in manufacturing environment Exceptional leadership, listening, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate Strong decision-making skills MS Office applications and using computers Ability to meet deadlines Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of print production:
digital printing, die-cutting and/or packaging solutions Six Sigma certification OSHA 30hr certification WORK ENVIRONMENT:
